Sycamore BMX - Keeping kids clean in the dirt

A well-maintained, southern California favorite, Sycamore BMX is a great place to learn gate starts, rhythm sections, and high-speed berms. A full-face helmet is recommended for this track, as it more closely resembles concrete than loose dirt. Mike Day is a regular to this track, as are many other UCI professional racers, so keep an eye out for your favorite!
"Sycamore BMX is located in Simi Valley California. We are one of SoCals favorite BMX tracks and home to riders of all skill levels. We take pride in providing a safe and fun environment for everyone who enjoys BMX."
Do they have rental bikes & gear available at the Simi location? I didn't see anything on their web site about rentals.
ReplyDeleteAlso, the Thursday night BMX Class 4-5:30pm 5:30-8:30 Richie Anderson Clinic can anyone who has never ridden on BMX before attend this class and clinic?
Good questions. Simi does not have rental bicycles, but they do have helmets available. I would still recommend bringing your own, for obvious/hygiene reasons.
ReplyDeleteThe 4-5:30PM BMX class is for those new to riding BMX. The 5:30-8:30 Richie Anderson clinic is for those intermediate/pro riders looking to step up their racing skills and ability.
